“You must find the place inside yourself where nothing is impossible.” – Deepak Chopra
Living in the present moment, accepting yourself and surrendering to your intuition and to a greater power: this is living an inspired, spiritually-guided life.
Easier said than done, I’m sure many – if not most – of you are thinking. Practicing being present to yourself and becoming the observer of your thoughts does take time, it’s a muscle that you have to build. However, the discipline required brings many benefits: relaxation, stress reduction, being able to take inspired actions, enjoying life to the fullest, overcoming challenges more easily, feeling energized…. and more.
My guest in today’s episode, spiritual artist, musician, speaker and wellbeing coach, DurgaMata, of the ProsperityOnAir podcast not only has been living a spiritually guided life for many years. Her spiritual approach to life helped her build a successful business in her 60s and inspired her to write her first book, “How to Win the Game of Life”.
DurgaMata is one of the amazing speakers at the Women Who Dare to Desire Conference, magnificently designed and organized by Debora Luzi, my special guest in Episode 22 of the ProsperityOnAir podcast.
This is what we’ll cover in today’s episode:
- DurgaMata: the meaning of her name given to her by her spiritual teacher
