Reiki, energy and spirituality in everyday life: this is my recipe for living this life fully, connected to the natural rhythms of life and for creating what I desire.
Scientists have proven and continue to prove that we are energy beings and that everything starts at the energy level: both what we want and what we don’t want. There are thousands of studies that provide data and evidence about that.
Becoming aware of our energy and learning how to balance and direct our energy towards what we want in life is not only necessary: it’s the key and gateway to know who we really are and to own our power to live a joyful and fulfilling life.
We are the creators of our lives and the seed of creation is planted at the energy level: in our thoughts, our emotions, our words and in the actions that are initiated by them.
This is what spirituality is about and Reiki is the spiritual path that my guest in today’s episode, Tina Eloise, and I have chosen.
In today’s episode we focus on Reiki, energy healing and spirituality, to connect with and express your true nature, balance your energy, discover more about yourself and live a joyful and fulfilling life.
Tina Eloise is a Reiki Master Teacher of 8 years with over 100 students worldwide and is sexual empowerment & body confidence coach to woman.
She believes that every woman no matter what they look or sound like or how they are, deserves to feel sensual and loved , experience earth shattering pleasure & be prosperous just as they are.
After an abusive childhood and a life of drugs, alcohol and toxic relationships she had a rude spiritual awakening when diagnosed with cervical cancer.
This is when she started her own healing journey and became a Usui /Kundalini/Karuna Reiki master/teacher and Coach and trained in many other psychological and energetic modalities
In the last 10 years Tina has worked tirelessly on herself to clear the shame and guilt she had around her body and sexuality after abuse, eating disorders, early menopause and obesity.
And has helped countless others to reclaim their abandoned parts and be fearlessly expressed sexually and creatively so they can create the life they desire.
She is here to shatter paradigms and change social norms on what it means to be a woman.
